“Out of the Corner of My Eye” is that ‘peep’ into something you do not have full view of until you are front and center. You know you saw it and can see it, either coming or going, and it is there waiting for acknowledgement. Depending on your perspective you are either coming upon it, preview, or viewing it after passing, in retrospect. It is there, whatever name you give it and it cannot be unseen but has to be or has been acknowledged and experienced.
