A commitment to writing in a journal clarifies thinking, relieves stress, increases awareness, empowers personal communication, encourages healthier relationships, and lifts spirits. 

For writers, the journal also enhances skills, alleviates creative blocks, and offers a treaure chest of ideas.

Participnts should bring pen and journal/pad/notebook or a laptop to journal.

Presenter Wayne South Smith, writing coach/editor and author of Writing Spirit: Journaling for Creativity and Personal Growth, has been a writing coach and editor since 2003. Writers of all ages have gained a confident writing habit and successfully published sixty books—novels, memoirs, self-help, inspirational, children’s.

Ages 18 and up. Note: This class is for adults only. Children will not be allowed in the room.
