Join Cindy Naughton, Master Life and Parenting Coach, Reiki Practitioner and Massage Therapist for a series of empowering workshops. Ms. Naughton's purpose "is to help women, primarily moms, wives and workers who may have lost themselves in responsibility to grant themselves permission to be confident and powerful in their choices-to help women make full body YES or No decisions."

Participants are welcome to attend all or some classes-each class is self-contained.
