Description

Lonnie C. King or 'LC; as he was known among friends was an instrumental figure in the 1960's Civil Rights movement. Told through photos, papers, and newspaper articles, a glimpse of Mr. Lonnie C. King's activities as a Morehouse College student activist will be housed on the second floor of our small gallery. This exhibit will travel throughout the state throughout the year, but the Auburn Avenue Research Library is honored to present it in our gallery for a limited period of time.
