No Walk-ins

Due to limited space, please only register for the Monday, Tuesday or Thursday session. This will allow other community members to attend.

Ages 18 and up. Note: This class is for adults only. Children will not be allowed in the room.

Registration is required. Space is limited, advanced registration is required for each month's series of classes.

Learn the fundamental poses of yoga. Bring mat. Wear comfortable clothing.
