Are you ready for a journey of self-discovery? Our year-round program is designed for teens ages 13-18 to explore personal growth from the inside out. Through interactive sessions focused on mental health, emotional resilience, nutrition, and self-esteem, teens will build mindful habits to enhance their overall well-being.

Program Features:

- Engaging Circle Sessions: Foster open dialogue and peer connections in a safe space.

- Rap Talk Participation: Share your truth and personal reflections in a non-judgmental environment, blending emotional insight with cultural relevance.

- Facilitator Guide with lesson plans and activities

- Student Workbook with journaling pages and wellness trackers

- Brief Presentation outlining the structure and goals

- Vision Board activity in Week 6 to help visualize your future

• Activity: Vision board or intention-setting journal

🔹 February – “Real Talk About Relationships”

• Topics: Healthy friendships, family dynamics, dating, self-love

• Activity: Role-play scenarios, discussion circles

🔹 March – “Managing Stress & School Pressure”

• Topics: Academic stress, test anxiety, peer pressure

• Activity: Guided breathing, stress toolkit activity

🔹 April – “Social Media & Self-Image”

• Topics: Online presence, comparison traps, digital balance

• Activity: Create positive affirmation posts or group challenge

🔹 May – “Decision-Making & Future Dreams”

• Topics: Choices, careers, preparing for next grade

• Activity: Career dream-mapping or guest speaker

🔹 June – “Summer Kickoff: Fun & Responsibility”

• Topics: Freedom, summer safety, balancing fun with responsibility

• Activity: Summer bucket list visioning

• Topics: Saving, budgeting, teen entrepreneurship

• Activity: Money management game or mock budget

• Topics: Who am I? Values, cultural pride, and individuality
