Spice up your Valentine’s Day with a dash of Louisiana flair!  Join Chef Lynn for a fun, interactive demo, pick up key Mardi Gras cooking techniques, and enjoy flavorful creations that will inspire your home cooking.

Participants will observe the full process of preparing a featured dish and receive printed recipes to recreate it at home.
