This ESL Book Club is designed for adult English language learners to enjoy reading together and participate in thoughtful discussions. Each month, we read a book divided into two or three parts, selected from a diverse range of genres, authors, and countries. All English learners are welcome!

This book club meets once a month. 

Book Selection: The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan

• This book has sixteen chapters.
• Participants will read the book before class and discuss 16 chapters per class.
• February 12, 2026 – Discussion of Chapters 1–8
• March 12, 2026 – Discussion of Chapters 9–16
