Events › Pressed Flower Bookmarks (Kids)

Celebrate Earth Day with a fun, kid-friendly craft inspired by nature! 

Kids will create their own colorful pressed-flower bookmarks using real, pre-pressed flowers. The instructor will show how flowers are pressed and preserved, and help everyone design a bookmark that’s perfect for reading or sharing. 

This hands-on activity encourages creativity and curiosity about nature—plus, each child goes home with a beautiful Earth Day keepsake.

Ages: 6-11
Note: For children under 9, an adult must stay in the library during the program.
