This class introduces students to the fundamentals of using the internet safely and effectively. Participants will learn how to connect to the web, navigate websites, search for information, and communicate and shop online with confidence. Participants will learn what the Internet is and how it works; using different web browsers; understanding and entering web addresses (URLs); searching for information using search engines.
