Events › Derby Hat Days

No Kentucky Derby is complete without a proper Derby Hat.  You can decorate a hat you already have or come by and get supplies from us. 

Come by the library the week of April 20st to April 25th and pick up your hat and supplies to enter our Derby Hat Competition (while supplies last). 

If you'd like to display your hat for judging please bring in a photo by April 27tj. We will display the photos for a patron vote during Kentucky Derby week (April 27-May 1).  The winner receives trophy!
