Environment reporter Sharon Udasin will present her new book, Poisoning the Well: How Forever Chemicals Contaminated America. The book introduces readers to people who, while fighting for their own lives, take action to fix a broken regulatory system.

Sharon Udasin is a Colorado-based journalist who has long been delving into complex water contamination and conservation issues. Sharon was a Ted Scripps Fellow in Environmental Journalism at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019-2020 and received a SEAL Environmental Journalism Award in 2023. A graduate of both the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia Journalism School, she has reported for numerous publications over the past two decades, most recently for The Hill.
