Always Available Black Adam Comic Book Sampler

This list contains just a small sample of our complete collection of comics and media-tie ins featuring Black Adam available with no wait on hoopla! Start with the second title on this list ( The Power of Shazam! ) for the modern run of comics. The history of the characters Black Adam and Shazam (originally Captain Marvel) are complex, even for the creative chaos that was twentieth century comic book publishing. An early casualty of American copyright lawsuits, Billy Batson's marvelous family and inventive gallery of villains eventually re-emerged at the turn of the last century as part of Geoff Johns' epic re-imagining of the Justice League. Many of the Geoff Johns titles featuring Black Adam have been recently re-issued with Dwayne Johnson on the cover! Don't worry - the contents are the same as they were twenty years ago. To download these works to your favorite device, install the hoopla app! You'll need your library card number and PIN/password to check out ten titles with no wait each month. If you have not changed your PIN/password, it is CHANGE ME. Atlanta Public School students and employees can also log in as part of CLASS PASS with their student ID or Lawson number.
